Hexamer Nahe Riesling Quarzit 2022- 1554096

Rheingrafenberg is a steep vineyard with lots of quartz and slate in the soils, hence the name of this wine, which comes entirely from this site. Wines are fermented in a mixture of steel and large cask. Flavors of white peach, citrus, and cherry blossoms with a refreshingly mineral finish. This riesling tastes barely off-dry thanks to the brilliant lemony acidity and wet stone minerality that make it hop, skip and jump over the barely medium-bodied palate. Very long, zesty finish.
